How many days does it take to ship a product?

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 15-20 business days and International orders are delivered within 25-30 business days.

• For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1500 as per location (rates may be hiked marginally at present due to Corona Virus Pandemic), weight, and volume of the shipment.

How do I get my outfit altered?

We generally keep enough margin in all our custom-made outfits to be taken 1 size up. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

We have a NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.
