Nimbus is a make-to-order brand and each piece ordered on our online store is customized to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. 


    • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 15-20 business days and International orders are delivered within 25-30 business days. 
    • Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
    • We use registered courier partners for the delivery of our products.
    • We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
    • For expedited delivery, please email us at a, we shall try to accommodate your request. 
    • There might be minor color variations because of differences in display output, camera lighting, and screen resolution. 




  • Shipping is free within India. 
  • For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1500 as per location (rates may be hiked marginally at present due to Corona Virus Pandemic), weight, and volume of the shipment. 





  • Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. 
  • Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency.




  • All orders are processed from our own studio in Surat, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. 
  • Non-availability on Delivery our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide a complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and link to the shipment partner website for tracking. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.





  • For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit and Debit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express).
  • We also provide Net Banking facilities over major banks, UPI & Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.





  • We do not issue any refunds or store credits.
  • As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
  • Kindly check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
  • Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage ie: during delivery or any manufacturing defect. 
  • Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us at awithin 24 hours of delivery.
